Due to COVID I have been reluctant to see my massage therapist and chiropractor, who usually help manage my neck and back) and as a result my shoulders and neck were very tight and sore effecting my day activities and my sleep. I was hesitant to spend too much on a machine I wasn't sure would help me but Healsage massage gun has been amazing. I use it every night and for the first time I can notice my shoulders are not like rocks. Ordered black model but recieved carbon fibre model. It looks great so no problem. Works really well for massaging legs after running or cycling. Unit is well made, quiet and powerful, with 6 different heads so can choose the optimum one depending on needs.

Not a great fan of this massager. It keeps switching off after about ten minutes of use despite battery being fully charged. Not sure if it’s faulty or whether this is part of the design. It’s a bit frustrating having to turn it back on and reset the speed.

The shipping was great and arrived in 3 days. Which is insane since I live in a remote town.
Customer service was also so helpful and changed the colour of the machine for me as i order the wrong one.
I did struggle with changing the heads but have figured it out.
Only gripe for me is I normally like a strong/ firm massage when I get one and even on 20 i don't find the vibrations very strong.

I personally think it's a must to have a back up battery if more than 2 ppl are using it all over the body. The battery is reliable but humans aren't in charging. Charging a battery can take up to 30mins it's really easy to know when fully charged. Brilliant product. It also fits in the case.

I have seen these guns advertised on social media and thought i would give 1 a try, i purchased Healsage massage gun because of other reviews and price. The gun is fantastic and used by myself and wife. It is not too loud can easily be used and watch TV at the same time without pumping up the TV volume. The interchangeable heads are also great to work on different muscle groups.
